     Broiled roughy filets stuffed with shrimp, scallops, onions,
     and mushrooms stuffing.  Topped with alfredo or hollandaise
     sauce.
Tuesday
Fish Fry                             beer battered 9.95 broiled 10.50
     Delicious haddock served with cole slaw and choice of potato.
     With salad bar 3.00 extra.
Wednesday
Pork Madeira                                                    14.95
     Pork tenderloin sauteed with fresh mushrooms and madeira
     wine sauce.
Thursday
One-Half Roasted Duck                                           14.95
     Served with orange or port wine sauce on a bed of wild rice.
Friday
Fish Fry                             beer battered 9.95 broiled 10.50
     Delicious haddock served with cole slaw and french fries or 
     baked potato.  With salad bar 3.00 extra.
Halibut                                                         15.95
     8oz. char-grilled steak topped with hollandaise sauce or butter.
Saturday
Prime Rib                          8oz. 16.95 14oz. 18.95 16oz. 20.95
     Thick cut of succulent beef. Horseradish sauce available
     upon request.
Sunday thru Thursday a limited amount of prime rib is prepared.
Sunday Frog Legs 12.95 Deep fried or sauteed in garlic butter. Beginning Thursday we now offer a fresh catch of the day.
Past fish flown in have included: Marlin, Mahi Mahi,
Sea Bass, and Escolar.
Above specials include salad bar and choice of potato. (except Tuesday and Friday haddock specials, no substitutions.) Consuming undercooked; meats, poultry, seafood or shellfish may increase your risk of foodbourne illness.
