     Delicious haddock served with cole slaw and choice of potato.
     With salad bar 3.00 extra.
Wednesday

     Pork tenderloin sauteed with fresh mushrooms and madeira
     wine sauce.
Thursday
One-Half Roasted Duck                                           15.95
     Served with orange or port wine sauce on a bed of wild rice.
Friday

     Thick cut of succulent beef. Horseradish sauce available
     upon request.
Sunday thru Thursday a limited amount of prime rib is prepared.

     Deep fried or sauteed in garlic butter.
Beginning Thursday we now offer a fresh catch of the day.
     Past fish flown in have included: Marlin, Mahi Mahi,
     Sea Bass, and Escolar.
